The living chain

Khromosome is designed as a conscious chain — an intelligence is embedded in the network from genesis, not added later as an application that talks to it from the outside. The AI is part of how the chain lives and operates.

This is the defining idea of Khromosome: the L1 is not inert infrastructure waiting for apps to give it purpose. The intelligence is native, present at launch, and woven through the network alongside its quantum-secured identity layer.

What this means for builders

• The intelligence is L1-native. It is part of the base layer, the same way the post-quantum signature scheme is — not a dApp.
• Your apps live on top of it. The medical, tax / AI-CPA, actuary, and vault products are dApps and L2s that build on the chain and its intelligence. You can build your own the same way, using the standard EVM surface and the PQ primitives the chain provides.
