Frequently asked questions

Is Khromosome EVM-compatible?

Yes — fully. The execution layer is Reth running a standard, unmodified EVM, so your existing Solidity, Foundry, Hardhat, viem, ethers, and MetaMask all work unchanged. Point them at chain 777001 and the Khromosome RPC.

What makes it "quantum-secured"?

A native ML-DSA-87 (Dilithium, FIPS 204, NIST Level 5) verification precompile is built into the chain's execution client, with PQRegistry and PQVerifier contracts on top. Identities and attestations can be anchored against a quantum adversary, not just a classical one. See Post-Quantum Security.

What is the "conscious" / AI part?

An intelligence is embedded in the network from the first block — part of how the chain operates, rather than an app calling it from outside. See The Living Chain.

How do I get test KHROME?

Use the faucet at https://faucet.khromosome.network.

How do I connect a wallet?

Add the network manually with chain ID 777001, RPC https://rpc.khromosome.xyz, symbol KHROME, explorer https://explorer.khromosome.network — or add it programmatically. See Get Started.

What are the medical / tax / vault products?

They are dApps and L2s built on top of Khromosome — the application layer, not the L1 itself. End-user docs for them live at help.khromosome.network.

Can I move KHROME to Ethereum?

Yes, via the lock-and-mint bridge (KhromeBridge ↔ BridgedKHROME). Confirm the relayer status and contract addresses before transferring value.

How do validators earn?

From a pre-funded rewards pool (15% of supply) with geometric-decay emission — not from protocol inflation. Supply is fixed at 777,000,000 KHROME.
